A Slam Dunk Hire: Coach Billy Barnwell to Lead JAACC Men’s Basketball

At the helm of this exciting new chapter is Coach Billy Barnwell, an esteemed name in basketball development across Florida and beyond. With more than 20 years of experience shaping talent from youth to the professional level, Barnwell brings not just expertise, but a proven legacy of player transformation.

Coach Barnwell is the founder of the Jacksonville Basketball Club, a regional powerhouse that has run camps, leagues, clinics, and training sessions for athletes at every stage—from aspiring middle schoolers to G-League professionals. His work as head coach of Duval DreamerZ AAU has further cemented his role as a builder of successful programs and a mentor to athletes with the dream of playing at the next level.
